E-Liquid returns are not accepted in any circumstance. We will not sale, distribute, or subject any customer to anything less than sealed bottles which are direct from their respective manufacturers.

*Any items sold on clearance, or sale pricing, cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges. No exceptions can be made in this situation, clearance/sale items are sold as is. If hardware defects occur on sale items, we suggest going through manufacturer warranties to get the issue resolved.

To process a return:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to “My Account”
  3. Click on “ORDER HISTORY”
  4. Click the “Return” link for the select order, and select the item to return.
  5. Fill out the Return Request form and submit it.
  6. Once you have submitted your Return Request, you will be receive confirmation email containing your Return ID. Ship the product you are returning to the designated address contained in the email.

Make sure your return is within 30 days of the original ship date and that your RMA# / RETURN ID is displayed clearly on the outside of the package.
